second stop- Belize City, Belize

My mother-in-law had researched Belize city prior to our trip and had read a lot of good reviews for a private island excursion "Goff's Caye" so we decided to seek that out once we were onshore.
I have absolutely no regrets with our choice, but my only complaint was that we had to wait around for a few hours for the water taxi to fill up before we left for our private island. (No worries, mom & me found the purse shops & had a blast!  We truly are shopping soulmates!)
